Whatever the origin of the collection of personal data, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016, we provide you with the following information:

1. Purpose of the treatment
1. Personal data – depending on the case – will be processed for the following purposes:
a) provide the consultancy, training and personnel selection services provided for by the contractual relationships in place between the Data Controller and the Customer;
b) provide information and / or send communications relating to the services provided, both in the pre-contractual phase and subsequently;
c) provide for all accounting and tax obligations relating to the existing contractual relationship or that will eventually be established;
d) send information and / or offers on the services provided by the Data Controller, which may be considered of interest to the actual or potential Customer, the supplier, the partner or the third party, without this resulting in the transfer of personal data to third parties. The Data Controller undertakes never to transfer the data of its customers, suppliers and partners to third parties, without the consent of the interested party;
e) verify the quality of the services offered;
f) send commercial and / or advertising communications and information relating to services and initiatives of its own on other Company services (eg newsletters);
g) credit protection.
The legal bases for the processing of personal data are therefore determined as follows: The purposes referred to in points a), b), c) relate to contractual / pre-contractual obligations and / or legal obligations, while the purposes referred to in points d), e), f) g) constitute legitimate interest of the data controller.
The provision of personal data necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes is:

2. Processing methods
The treatments will be carried out manually or, mainly, with the aid of electronic means, and include, in compliance with the limits and conditions set by Articles 2, 3 and 4 of EU Regulation 679/2016, all operations, or set of operations , provided for by the same Regulation with the term “treatment”, with the exclusion of dissemination.
The methods of processing personal data are described in the procedural documentation prepared by the Data Controller. They provide for the adoption of adequate security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data stored on IT support. These measures were deemed suitable following the assessment of all risks – with relative severity and probability to occur – affecting the personal data processed. Specifically, data belonging to “particular categories of data” (see Article 9 of the Regulation) and data of a judicial nature are subject to advanced security levels.
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be subject to profiling.

3. The provision of data is:
mandatory for the treatments referred to in points a), b), c) above; in this case, any refusal to provide such data could result in the failure or partial execution of the contract stipulated between the parties and / or the inability to make an offer for the service of interest.
optional for the treatments referred to in points d), e), f), g) above; in this case, any refusal to provide such data has no consequence on compliance with contractual requirements, but may prevent you from receiving information about our services in the future according to your needs.

4. Communication and transfer of personal data
In general, the data will not be disclosed to other subjects outside the authorized personnel of the Data Controller’s organization, who undertakes in writing to observe the utmost confidentiality. In the event of the existence of a contractual relationship, the data necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations may be disclosed to tax and / or legal consultants, social security institutions, banks and insurance companies or to the Judicial Authority, solely for the purposes related to the management of the contractual relationship and to comply with legal requirements.
Some personal data may come to the knowledge of external professionals and IT consultants as part of the operational activities within the organizational structure of the Owner, always protected by the obligation of confidentiality.
In any case, personal data will not be disseminated.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union and will not be subject to profiling.

5. Retention terms
Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, in particular to fulfill all legal obligations, fulfill contractual commitments for ten years from the termination of any contractual relationship and -, in order to satisfy the legitimate interest of the owner. of the processing (conservation of the corporate know-how of the consultancy and training services carried out) -, for at least ten years from the termination of any contractual relationship even beyond, up to fifteen years from the date of conclusion of the consulting or training activity that generated the creation documents (paper or electronic) in which personal data are contained. However, they do not fall into “particular categories of personal data”.
The commercial contact details for sending newsletters and other commercial information will be kept until the interested party notifies us of his request for cancellation.
